Everyone’s body has different needs and are at various stages of Pilates’ knowledge. That’s why one-on-one, personalized sessions are best for you to improve or learn the technique.
Pilates improves strength, particularly around the core, back, glutes and thighs as well as flexibility and balance. Increased focus, coordination, posture and body alignment can also be achieved with regular practice.
Here is what you need to know…
Mat Pilates: A personalized session will go to your favorite spot (home or office). You will only need a mat and enough room to fit it on the ground. Up to 2 people in each session. Session cost will depend on location distance.
Reformer Pilates: I work in 2 different locations, Remuera or Ponsonby. Up to 2 people in each session. Cost $80
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Change happens through movement and movement heals.
